Land of Tears is a new performance by the ensemble Lenka Vagnerová & Company in which four dancers took over the role of choreographers: Fanny Barrouquére, Monika Částková, Barbora Nechanická and Michal Heriban. The artistic director Lenka Vagnerová will appear this time in the role of a mentor and playwright. The link to the performance is the captivating music of the award-winning composer Ivan Acher.

FIRST STOP: Shaped for happiness.

Perfect curves and not extra weight. Every era dictates the ideal of female beauty in its way. Breast reconstruction, modified nose, and botox injections seem to be a phenomenon these days. We experiment and look for our identity through trends. As young people, we try to grow old and as old people, we attempt to rejuvenate - to catch up on what nature is not enough. We are willing to undergo many things and we silently engage in a relentless, daily struggle with time.

SECOND STOP: Love at first sit

THIRD STOP: Land of Tears

She always says "I can do it." Even if her eyes were full of tears. Land of tears is a scene of emotions and experiences that we carry with us through life. This pile increases with each step. Sometimes we unpack it, we remember it, we add another tear, we wrap it again and push it on.

FOURTH STOP: The the case of them

The case of them is a duet about the desire for power, about influence, lies, and truth. It tells a story of two partners who do not hesitate to betray each other but would not survive without each other.
