1995 – 2002 director of the private Drama School Kolin (education of drama and danse, developing child´s personality and teamwork)

1999 - 2000 dramaturgist of staging in the Municipal Theatre in Mlada Boleslav, CR

2000 - 2002 dramaturgist of the theatre group CD-94 in the Theatre In Celetna, Prague, CR

2002 - 2004 vocational educator specialised in drama-therapy, teacher of drama in the Children´s home in Bychory, CR

I. Literaty Activities

1. author of theatre plays

Tristan and Isolda (1998), 3rd prize in the competition of The Alfred Radok Foundation, published in the magazine The World and the Theatre (Svět a divadlo n .3/2000) and in  the book 13 plays from Radok ("13 her z Radoka"), staged in Drama Studion in Ustí nad Labem, in Horacke Theatre Jihlava and in the Silezian Theatre Opava

Family Seat (Rodinné sídlo) (1999), 2nd prize in the Competition for a play for the National Theatre (1st prize was not awarded), staged in the Stavovske Theatre in Prague, published in the programme of the National Theatre Prague.

The First Opera (První opera) (2000), published by the publishing house Vetrne mlyny in the edition Contemporary Czech Drama 

Captain Fracasse (Kapitan Fracasse) (2001), staged in the Tesínsky Theatre in Cesky Tesin and the Moravian Theatre Olomouc

Satana (2004), honorable mention in the competition of The Alfréd Radok Foundation

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (2008), written with brother Pavel, staged in the South Bohemian Theatre

The Wild Tiger Is Jumping over the Abyss (Divoký tygr přeskakuje strž) (2012)
